1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To qualify for a return:
- You must record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the package
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-made or custom-sized orders
- Used or washed items
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Color difference issues due to screen or lighting variations
We only accept returns for genuine manufacturing defects.
3. Return Process
If your product meets the return eligibility:
- Record a clear unboxing video
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Share the video and order details with our support team
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process
- After quality inspection, we will proceed with refund/replacement
If the product fails the inspection, the return will be rejected.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed after:
- Verification of the unboxing video
- Quality check of the returned item
Refunds will be issued as:
- Store credit
- Bank transfer / original payment method (in eligible cases only)
Refund processing time: 5-10 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
If the item is damaged or defective, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement is subject to product availability.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a refund.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Custom orders cannot be canceled at any stage.
7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If the delivery fails due to:
- Wrong address
- Wrong phone number
- Customer unavailability
- Customer refusing the parcel
Then the shipping charges will not be refunded.
A reshipment fee may apply for re-delivery.
8. International Orders
For international orders:
- Returns are not accepted
- Refunds are only issued for damaged items with proof shared within 24 hours
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
